Reading this book for samples and summarizations AFTER you have thoroughly studied basic concepts in contract law books should give you stellar scores in your exams. What is especially good are the concise index and sample law school exam questions at the end. I've read my share of law books and though this book is no substitute for a standard Contracts law book, it makes the subject a quick and easy way to study. The outline gives summarizations of many complex topics in contract law.
